Ethiopia Organic Yirgacheffe: Konga

Farmers hand sort for unripe and overripe cherries at Konga co-op. They are apart of a network of co-ops in the Yirgacheffe region. This organic coffee drinks like a tea and tastes of peach and orange marmalade.

My personal suggestion is as a pour over that allows for the brightness of the flavors to come through.
