Honduras: Organic 18 Rabbit Red Honey

Grown on a female owned micro-lot in the Marcala region, Señora Flhor uses the “Honey Process” to produce a fruity, well rounded coffee with sweetness and a complex mouth feel. This process is half way between the washed and natural processes.  

I find this is best as a pour over.
