Honduras: Organic 18 Rabbit Washed

18 Rabbit is a collection of farms owned by Señora Flhor, her mother and other family members.  The washed process is quite different than the Red Honey or Natural process, but you will still have flavors dancing on your tongue.  This coffee is organic, using biodynamic coffee farming techniques.  

Best as a French Press, or espresso based drink, however not bad as a drip.  My preferred French Press water ratio is 1:15.
