Nicaragua: Organic Madriz

From the highlands of northern Nicaragua, this Certified Organic coffee offers a clean, citrus-forward cup with some stone fruit and florals. Grown at 1,200m by 18 smallholder farmers and crafted for clarity and balance (SHG EP).

If you are wondering, SHG means the coffee is grown at high altitude, allowing cherries to mature slowly and develop into denser, higher-quality beans.
EP means the beans are carefully sorted before export for improved quality.
