The Ramirez estate is an environmentally conscience proprietorship that uses recycled materials in the manufacturing process producing coffee that is anything buy recycled in flavor. The honey process preserves a natural fruitiness, giving each cup a smooth and slightly sweet character.
I'm partial to it as a pour over because it like the brightness and fruit, but I will admit it pulls a delightful espresso.
